What if my item arrives damaged or missing?
If your order arrives damaged or if some items are missing, contact us within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund. Photos help speed resolution.
What is this product made of, and will it rust?
Our products are made from durable metal with a rust-resistant finish designed for daily kitchen use. Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry for the longest life.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, please request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best if it hasn’t shipped yet. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
